The initial reports came from established leak accounts including HYPEX and LeagueOfLeaks. HYPEX described the collaboration as “coming soon” and later published a much more detailed breakdown of the Ahri Mythic's gameplay values.

The return hit is especially notable. According to the datamined description, the orb deals 60 damage on its outward path before returning for another 60 that can hit Health directly through Shields. If implemented exactly as reported, landing both parts of the attack would be considerably more dangerous than a normal 120-damage projectile.
The mobility could be just as important. Three midair dashes separated by only a short cooldown would give players a way to close gaps, escape fights, change elevation or recover after being knocked into the air. Removing fall damage during the effect would make the item useful even when its orb is not being fired.

That approach makes sense for Fortnite. Instead of recreating four MOBA abilities and their exact rules, the Mythic turns Ahri's identity into a simpler loop: throw the orb, use sustain to stay in the fight and rely on dashes to reposition.
The missing piece is Charm. Ahri's E is one of her best-known League abilities, but nothing in the current Fortnite leak points to a Charm or other crowd-control mechanic.
